Registered company name, legal form, registered office, RCS Luxembourg number, VAT number and the name of the publication director are completed here before the public launch.

Plaz is a platform that connects tenants and landlords directly. We are not a rental agency: we do not visit, rent out or manage homes, and we never take payment for a property.

Plaz is therefore not a real-estate agency (agence immobilière) and does not hold the business licence of a real-estate agent or a property manager. We do not carry out visits, we do not negotiate leases, we do not receive rent or deposits, and we do not charge an agency commission. Every lease is signed directly between the landlord and the tenant.

The service is hosted on cloud infrastructure inside the European Union. Hosting provider details are published here before launch.

Listings, photos and descriptions are published by their authors, who remain responsible for them. Report anything incorrect or suspicious with the report button on the listing or write to hello@plaz.lu.
